Barney Bubbles

A lightbulb head, a talking toolbox, a vinyl factory and an electrocuted Elvis: Just some of the samples for the Barney Bubbles Shop

We’re currently sampling for the first apparel collection to appear for sale on the soon-come Barney Bubbles online shop.

//Long sleeve T. This design first appeared on the back cover of the 1978 NME Book of Modern Music//

This will consist of short and long-sleeve Ts, sweat shirts and hoodies, featuring a range of Bubbles’ five-alarm graphics for a number of artists and media.

//T-shirt. Rejected front cover artwork for Elvis Costello & The Attractions’ 1983 album Punch The Clock//

These are tests, not the final versions but still convey how great Barney Bubbles’ artworks will look as streetwear.

//Sweatshirt. 1978 motif for Johnny Moped’s Darling, Let’s Have Another Baby//

//Hoodie. Tommy The Talking Toolbox ident appeared on Ian Dury & The Blockheads’ 1979 album Do It Yourself//

The Barney Bubbles Shop is currently under construction and can be found at shop.barneybubbles.com.
